is there a way to mark the gift cards as used?

My CVS gift cards are still under Active but they should be moved to Spent. How do we do that?

  I think when you click update it brings up a few options that allow you to choose mark as spent or enter the amount spent. Even if you spent all of it i think you need to mark it as spent for it to go into the other section

  Yes the update section allows you to put how much was spent, how much is left, and if the entire card has been spent.

  There's also an "Archive" button

  Yes! If you click the update button after you use the gift card. It will mark them as spent.

  i screenshot my giftcards, then use an editor  to attach the ss with a total in the notes
