Why does people think using rebates apps are doing too much?

Whenever I try to convince a friend or family member to use rebate apps for items that they are going to BUY ANYONE they always complain that it's doing to much...why is that? Like you're going to make the purchase anyway sooo why not get some type of money back for it???

Everyone I've talked to about rebate apps have said they don't have time for it. They have time to work overtime to be able to pay full price, though.

Ive done the same thing. You dont necessarily have to be doing it all the time. They surely love hearing the stories though lol
