How to use Fluzpay:
- Mobile/Desktop:
- Sign-in or sign-up to your Starbucks account.
- Go to: ‘Card Management,’ and select ‘Add.’
- Enter your digital e-gift Card numbers and PIN. Select ‘Apply.’
- Your digital e-gift card balance will be applied to your order total.
- In-app:
- Tap the ‘card’ tab and then ‘Add card.’
- Enter digital e-gift Card numbers and PIN. Select, ‘Apply gift card.’
- Your digital e-gift card balance will be applied to your order total.
- To pay in-store: Select the added card and scan the barcode
- For to-go orders: complete your checkout and select the card you just added.
- In-store:
- Let the cashier know you are paying with a gift card.
- Scan the barcode during checkout.
- Your total will be deducted by your balance.
How to check your balance:
- Mobile/Desktop:
- Sign into your Starbucks account
- Go to: ‘My cards,’ and select the card you wish to view your balance on. https://www.starbucks.com/card
- In-app:
- Sign-in or sign up to your Starbucks account.
- Select the ‘scan’ tab to view the balances all the cards associated with your Starbucks rewards account.
- In-store:
- Present digital e-gift card to cashier for scanning.
- Ask cashier to check its balance.

- Most Starbucks stores in North America including Puerto Rico accept your Starbucks Card. Certain Starbucks-branded locations may not permit you to use the Starbucks Card for payment, including some airport, grocery and bookstore locations, or stores in Guam. To find out if a store will accept the Starbucks Card as a payment method, please inquire at that store or visit https://www.starbucks.com/store-locator. Any store that lists "Digital Rewards" as one of its amenities is a store that accepts the Starbucks Card.

- Starbucks Cards purchased in the United States may also be used in Canada, England, Scotland, Wales, Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland, Mexico and Australia.
- All amounts loaded onto your Starbucks Card are denominated in the currency of the country in which it was sold (the "base currency").
