If your account was placed under Verification Required, you would need to provide additional documents to our safety team in order for them to reinstate your account back to pass. The goal is to prove ownership of your account as well as your payment methods.
You may be asked for the following:
- Verify your credit/debit cards through our bank hold verification process
- Verify your email address
- Upload your Government ID
Fluz only accepts government-issued IDs with an address. Below is a list of those IDs.
- Passport
- Driver's License
- Photo ID
If you've submitted an ID that is not on this list, you may be required to resubmit an ID and your account review will be delayed.
These actions need to be completed before our Safety Team is able to review your account. Once you complete the steps above, your account will be placed on the In Review status. Our Safety team will review your account and you should receive an update through email within 1-3 business days.
