How to use Fluzpay:

• Mobile/Desktop:
  1. During checkout, select ‘gift card’ under ‘Secure Payment.’
  2. Enter your Fluzpay gift card code and PIN.
  3. Select ‘apply gift card to order.’
  4. Your Fluzpay balance will be deducted from your total.
• In-app:
  1. During checkout, tap ‘add gift card’ under ‘Secure Payment.’
  2. Enter your Fluzpay gift card code and PIN.
  3. Tap ‘apply gift card to order.’
  4. Your Fluzpay balance will be deducted from your total.
• In-store:
  1. Let the cashier know you are paying with a gift card.
  2. Scan the barcode or show your Fluzpay gift card code and PIN during checkout.
  3. Your total will be deducted by your balance.

How to check your balance:

• Mobile/Desktop:
  1. After reading instructions, click here.
  2. Select country.
  3. Enter your Fluzpay gift card code and PIN.
  4. Click ‘check balance.’

• In-app:
  1. Open your Abercrombie & Fitch app.
  2. During checkout, under ‘Secure Payment’ tap ‘add gift card.’
  3. Enter Fluzpay gift card code and pin.
  4. Tap ‘check card balance.’

• In-store:
  1. Ask the cashier to check a gift card balance
  2. Scan your barcode or show your Fluzpay gift card code and PIN.

Abridged terms and conditions:

• Your Fluzpay balance can be redeemed at Abercrombie.com, or at any Abercrombie & Fitch or Abercrombie kids store in the United States or Canada.
• Purchases of merchandise in CAD will be subject to an exchange rate conversion on the day of the payment.
