How to use Fluz:

• Mobile/Desktop:
  1. During checkout, select ‘Pay with gift card.’
  2. Enter Fluz gift card code and PIN. Select ‘Apply.’
• In-app:
  1. During checkout, tap ‘Pay with gift card.’
  2. Enter the Fluz gift card code and PIN. Tap ‘Apply.’
• In-store:
  1. Write down your Fluz gift card code and PIN on your check.
  2. Tell the server you are paying with a gift card.
  3. Gratuity can be paid with your Fluz gift card.

How to check your balance:

• Mobile/Desktop:
  1. After reading instructions, click here. 
  2. Enter your Fluz gift card code and PIN without spaces. Click 'SUBMIT.'
  3. Note: it may take up to 24 hours for your Fluz Gift card and transactions to be registered in the system.
